Marsha brings a customer-centric aspect to the team. She is passionate about customer service and strives to ensure every client receives prompt, accurate and efficient service. She has been in customer service for the past 30 years.
Marsha’s role includes client scheduling, meeting preparation including preparing proper forms and administrative reports for the advisors, running reports, organizing and putting together client events along with running day-to-day operations for Michael McKinnis, Jr.
Marsha and her husband, Paul, have 2 grown sons, Kegan and Kane. She enjoys spending her weekends with her family, motorcycling and gardening.
Marsha is not employed by Waddell & Reed, but acts as a non-registered associated person of Waddell & Reed, Inc. She is authorized to assist Financial Advisors with approved activities. She is prohibited from soliciting, creating a market or account for any securities, investment advisory or insurance services.
